QuickBooks for Mac vs Windows

Until recently, the bookkeeping world had managed to remain relatively immune to this debate, but with the increased market share of the Mac in the small business space, the question of QuickBooks for Windows vs QuickBooks for Mac has started taking more prominence.
To manually update QuickBooks for Mac, you must uninstall and reinstall the software. Uninstall QuickBooks for Mac. Close QuickBooks. From the Finder menu (search bar) on the upper right corner of your screen, choose Go Applications.; Click the QuickBooks icon and drag/move it to the Trash.; Reinstall the latest version.
